Links in-line with your existing carpet extraction machine and instantly boosts the cleaning solution temperature. It allows the operator instant controllable heat to remove chewing gum and other hard residues plus cut straight through greasy, heavily soiled carpets without the need for multiple passes, avoiding over-wetting. No other heat exchange system comes close.

Restorative Carpet Cleaning
When carpets have had little or no maintenance attention for an extended period, they will need a "restorative" cleaning. The best wet method to use for restorative cleaning is warm water extraction. For this we use the Bane-Clene System as it meets demanding cleaning criteria's.

The Bane-Clene system cleans with warm vapour created by heating water mixed with a gentle but effective cleaning agent to not more than 150°F, warm enough to loosen dirt and soil, but cool enough to avoid any damage caused by shrinkage or discoloration. The vapour is injected into the carpet at approximately 110 pounds per square inch, high enough to penetrate the fibres but low enough to prevent over-wetting. Ninety-five percent of the water and cleaning agent is then immediately vacuumed out. Carpets dry faster and stay clean and fresh longer, with colours brightened and texture restored. The minute amount of powdered cleaning agent left on the fibre dries to a crystalline powder which does not increase the re-soil rate as does the soap-like residue left from most shampoos.
